Jessica Kong

Founder, Board Member

Jessica currently supports operations and research implementation in the field of development economics. Previously, she managed a digital financial inclusion research portfolio in East Africa, was a policy associate for the Federal Reserve, and briefly served the Obama Administration within the Council of Economic Advisers and Office of Presidential Correspondence.

Melissa Kong

Board Member

Melissa currently advises her clients on state and federal regulations in order to maintain compliance. She’s led the delivery of work for healthcare clients, including Fortune 50 and 500 companies.  She also served the Office for Civil Rights investigating privacy and civil rights violations.

Cristina Martinez Cuellar

Board Member

Cristina is currently Vice President at Citibank managing unsecured lending products. Previously, she worked in Citibank in Conduct Risk and Regulatory Relations, as well as the World Bank in financial inclusion and consumer protection in international development.

Tawheeda Wahabzada

Board Member

Tawheeda currently works at the intersection of statistics and international development. She aims to humanize and show the stories behind data and push for data-driven policies. Previously, she briefly served U.S. Senator Harry Reid. Tawheeda is a former DREAMer now based in Toronto.
